THE GAMES OF HUNGER is finally finished

After 3 long months of working in the evening and ignoring my beautiful wife and our unborn baby, THE GAMES OF HUNGER IS FINALLY DONE!!!!
A huge thank you to Rebecca for putting up with me. And also to RESTON WILLAMS who went above and beyond to create the epic score that went with the animation.
I hope you all enjoy it.

Let me know what you think.

    1. Thank you so much Vince. What did you like about the behind the scenes? What did you take away from it? It's interesting to hear what people get out of it.
      Thanks for the comment.

    2. What I liked about the behind the scenes here and in general, is watching other artist's process. Seeing how they would approach something. Especially when it comes to character design and rough animation...my two favourite aspects. I agree with you about setting aside an chunk of time every week to work on your art. Seeing the dedication that went into this is very motivating and inspiring!
      Cheers!

  3. Thanks a ton for doing such an in-depth behind the scenes! That sort of thing is extraordinarily useful if for nothing else than to see "Hey, yeah, someone else hates Clean Up as much as I do." :)

I've been working on my studio's first animated short for the past month and a half and this was just the boost I needed to get back some of that passion and get fired up again. Thanks! Can't wait to see what's next.

    1. I'm so glad that people are watching it and taking something usefull away from it. I find that once I get past the clean up stage, I all of a sudden see the light at the end of the tunnel and get excited again. I love adding the colour to the shots. Because I can actually see what I pictured in my head finally coming to the screen. It's really exciting. Good luck with your short. Please send it to me when you're done. I'd love to see what other people are working on.
